About the role The Director, Strategic Programs is responsible for building and scaling structured growth initiatives that expand patient access, improve market adoption, and unlock new revenue opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of corporate strategy and commercial execution and plays a key part in strengthening the company’s long-term market development capabilities. This leader will own and drive key national strategic initiatives, including the Early Identification (Early ID) platform, ensuring programs are designed, implemented, and scaled effectively across the organization. While field teams lead execution at the regional level, the Director will define the strategic direction, establish success metrics, and ensure consistency, governance, and impact across the enterprise. The Director will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Clinical, Marketing, Market Access, and Operations teams to drive alignment, ensure program adoption, and support sustainable business growth. What you'll do Strategic Program Leadership Own the national strategy and multi-year roadmap for the Early ID platform, including expansion across IDNs and large health systems. Design and document a clear, repeatable account implementation model to support scalable program rollout. Build structured playbooks that enable consistent program execution across regions. Translate company growth priorities into practical, field-ready initiatives that support commercial objectives. Cross-Functional Alignment Lead cross-functional working teams across Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Market Access, and Operations. Align stakeholders around shared goals, timelines, roles, and success metrics. Identify potential risks early and drive solutions to ensure program success. Field Partnership & Enablement Partner with Sales and Field Marketing teams to support regional rollout and adoption of strategic programs. Provide tools, structure, and guidance to improve program consistency and execution in the field. Gather feedback from field teams and continuously refine programs based on real-world implementation. Growth & Innovation Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities such as PCP engagement strategies, telehealth models, and AI-enabled identification capabilities. Develop and test scalable pilot programs where appropriate. Support the evaluation and structuring of strategic partnerships that enhance market development efforts. Commercial Impact & Performance Define clear KPIs tied to program adoption, patient identification, and revenue impact. Track performance metrics and report outcomes to executive leadership. Develop business cases to support program expansion and resource investments. Qualifications Required Experience 10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, marketing, or business operations within MedTech or healthcare. Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. Experience designing scalable commercial frameworks and operational playbooks. Experience leading national or multi-regional commercial programs. Proven ability to drive measurable business impact and revenue growth. Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills. Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and build new capabilities from the ground up. Knowledge, Skills & Attributes Experience supporting MedTech product launches or strategic commercial programs. Ability to influence across functions without direct authority. Familiarity with CRM and EMR systems such as Salesforce or Epic and associated workflows. Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Familiarity with AI-enabled automation, digital engagement tools, or emerging healthcare technologies is preferred.
