This role is pivotal in crafting, delivering and maintaining consistent regional messaging and content that align with our brand identity. The role will also spearhead strategic regional announcements and campaigns that increase visibility of the Accor Group and the Premium, Midscale & Economy Brands across all types of media in the region. MAIN COMPLEXITY / CRITICAL ISSUES IN THE JOB: Manage Communications activities across culturally diverse markets while ensuring consistent messaging tailored to Europe and North Africa. Create overarching and compelling storytelling of Accor’s Premium, Midscale and Economy brands that is representative of a very diverse and fast-paced region. TASKS/ MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: Lead the management of strategic Communications’ projects, campaigns, and messaging mapping for the Europe and North Africa team. Oversee and coordinate strategic announcements, key company milestones and media approach within the region. Spearhead the implementation of key campaigns and projects ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and timely delivery. Develop and maintain consistent press toolkits and materials, including briefings, bios, and country overviews for the region as well as key priority markets. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders. Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and comprehensive reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align activities with broader marketing and business strategies. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to proactively enhance Communications efforts. Management and coordination of agencies (project based) and suppliers with special regards to streamlined and simultaneous external communication. Qualifications QUALIFICATION / COMPETENCIES: Proven experience in managing and collaborating with international team and agencies to deliver impactful campaigns. Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Creative thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative Communications strategies. Ability to identify and create core messages in line with the company strategy. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and consistency. Experience in media relations and stakeholder engagement, particularly within Europe. Additional Information REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Business fluent in French and English, with the ability to craft high-quality Communications materials. Additional languages are a plus. Familiarity with Communications tools and platforms for monitoring, reporting, and content creation. Understanding of the hospitality and travel industry and trends. EXPERIENCE NEEDED: Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field. 6+ years of experience in a communications role in-house or with an agency.
