Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Director within the Strategy Consulting team, you will lead high-impact client engagements, shape strategic thinking across therapeutic areas, and drive business growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, lead multi-stream project teams, and contribute to the development of Lucid’s consulting offering and intellectual capital.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead complex strategic consulting engagements across R&D, commercial, and corporate functions
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring delivery excellence and long-term relationship growth
  • Provide thought leadership on key industry trends and contribute to the development of proprietary frameworks
  • Guide and mentor high-performing project teams, supporting capability development and performance management
  • Contribute to business development, including proposal leadership, client targeting, and account planning
  • Support the evolution of the Strategy Consulting offer, including service innovation and marketing
