Description
Develop organic strategies, including business strategies with a regional focus, product application strategies, and organizational strategies. Handle inorganic strategies, including M&A, target searches, and partnership or alliance-related activities. Over 10 years of experience with a deep understanding of semiconductor and related industries, including value chain, market dynamics, and landscape. At least 5 years of experience in a leading strategy consulting firm or in-house strategy consulting group of a corporation, with a proven record of applying strategy frameworks and tools. Existing relationships with ecosystem players in Japan, such as government bodies, academia, startups, and incubators. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
