We’re looking for a Director of Strategy and Portfolio Management to help shape ResMed’s future and drive our 2030 technology transformation . In this pivotal role, you’ll align investments with strategic goals, ensure value is delivered, and enable scalable execution through smart operating models.
As the connector between business and technology, you’ll bring clarity, focus, and momentum to a dynamic portfolio of initiatives—partnering with senior leaders to turn strategy into action.
This leadership role supports Supply Chain and QA/RA enterprise platforms portfolio and is central to aligning strategic investments with business priorities.
You will be responsible for:

1. Strategic Investment & Portfolio Management

• Align portfolio investments with business strategy and evolving needs.
• Partner with leaders to prioritize initiatives and balance trade-offs.
• Lead planning processes like AOP and PI Planning to ensure readiness.

1. Value Realization & Outcome Management

• Define and track the value of investments.
• Provide visibility into ROI and performance to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with finance and strategy to optimize outcomes.

• Design and evolve operating models for scalable execution.
• Drive integrated planning and delivery rhythms.
