1. Lead a large team of authorised officers across multiple regions, responsible for the delivery of services aimed at increasing
   attendance and engagement in NT Government schools.
2. Actively manage interagency partnerships to ensure integrated service delivery across the NT.
3. Develop and deliver management structures and activities that support planning, development, implementation and reporting.
4. Provide high level written and verbal advice, including qualitative and quantitative information to executives and the Minister
   regarding student attendance and engagement strategies, regionally and NT wide.
