Description

Reporting to the Director, English & Testing, this role leads a team of marketing and student recruitment professionals in the ELICOS industry and is responsible for the recruitment targets and marketing management and development for the E&T business unit.
The role holds day-to-day accountability for adherence to lines of business brand guidelines and will work to educate and support internal adherence to brand standards. Close collaboration with key business unit stakeholders is a must. The Director, Student Recruitment and Marketing is expected to play an active, cross-functional role in the business and is expected to work and collaborate deeply with functional areas to develop initiatives that contribute tangibly to constant improvement and to the E&T bottom line

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related discipline; MBA or equivalent preferred

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • High level of business acumen, with demonstrated ability to translate key marketing and sales principles into tangible business results
