POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director, Supplier Management Office leads strategic oversight of vendor and supplier relationships. The role is responsible for contract negotiations, risk management, and supplier performance, with a focus on optimizing procurement and supply chain operations. The Director also manages strategic projects and leads high-visibility, enterprise-wide supplier relationships and negotiations.
This critical leadership role ensures that all supplier-related activities align with the organization’s strategic objectives, cost-efficiency goals, and compliance requirements. It combines high-level strategic planning with hands-on oversight and team leadership to maintain a resilient, cost-effective, and quality-focused supply chain.
The position requires a strong blend of business acumen, legal knowledge, supplier relationship expertise, and leadership skills to drive organizational success through effective supplier management.
The Director, Supplier Management Office is a full-time, remote, exempt position and reports to the VP, Business PMO and Supplier Management.
Base Salary Range: $175,000 – $200,000 annually
