Description
Managing regional stakeholder and Management interface in Melaka, Batam & Tijuana. Coordination of inter-site on supplier Quality Management activities (including PJM function, work packages) for bigger harmonization, digitalization and improvement projects. Managing crisis for inter-site topics Interface to DEV and PROC for MP modules Transfers, defines, develops, deploys and maintains SQM processes to the to and within given responsibility, including close cooperation to other sites and SQM Methods Team Planning, optimization and control of the quality measures (e.g. NLoZD)projects to safeguard quality of Incoming material. A Master's degree in a relevant field of study, such as Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, Physics, Business & Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Engineering Fluency in English, with additional language skills (e.g., German, Chinese, Spanish) being an asset. Willingness to travel internationally, to meet with suppliers, attend conferences, and collaborate with global teams. Advanced technical knowledge in quality management systems (e.g., VDA6.3, IATF16949, EN ISO9001), engineering principles (e.g., mechanical, material, industrial), and industry-specific regulations (e.g., automotive). In-depth knowledge of advanced quality systems, including VDA 6.3, IATF16949, and EN ISO9001 with experience in implementing and maintaining these systems Proven track record of successful people management, with experience in leading international teams, mentoring, and developing talent.
