Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group's overall supply chain and operations strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead demand planning and forecasting processes by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Finance teams to ensure accurate inventory planning.
• Oversee inventory management across warehouses and retail locations, ensuring optimum stock levels while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
• Manage warehousing operations, including storage, inventory control, stock movement, and warehouse optimization.
• Supervise domestic and international logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation, import/export compliance, and on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate procurement activities with internal procurement teams to ensure timely sourcing of raw materials, packaging, and indirect purchases while maintaining supplier performance.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs including inventory turnover, fill rate, OTIF (On-Time In-Full), forecast accuracy, logistics costs, warehouse efficiency, and order fulfillment.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, reduce costs, and enhance service levels through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Production, Retail, E-commerce, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth operational planning and execution.
• Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings and drive cross-functional alignment on demand and supply plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and UAE regulatory requirements related to logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
• Manage relationships with logistics providers, freight forwarders, warehouse partners, and key suppliers to ensure high service levels.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and business insights for senior management.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing supply chain and operations team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree or professional certifications (CSCP, CPIM, CIPS, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) will be an advantage.
• 12–18+ years of progressive experience in supply chain and operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Logistics, and Procurement Coordination.
