Why Redlen Technologies?
Redlen Technologies is a pioneering company that has revolutionized the semiconductor crystal growth and fabrication process.
At Redlen Technologies, innovation is at the heart of everything we do. Our founder’s visionary work with the Canadian Space Agency laid the foundation for our groundbreaking Cadmium Zinc Telluride (CZT) sensors, revolutionizing medical imaging, security imaging, and non-destructive testing. We are driving a quantum leap forward in medical CT scanners, elevating diagnostic accuracy while reducing radiation dose– a technological feat that has earned us global recognition. With a commitment to excellence, we have earned the trust of Fortune 500 industry customers, leading to our acquisition by Canon Inc. for $430M– a testament to our industry leadership.
With over 200 dedicated professionals, we take pride in fostering a work environment where Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) professionals thrive. As an equal opportunity employer we demonstrate that diversity drives innovation, and we are passionate about building a future where every employee contributes to our mission-driven success. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders such as Manufacturing, QA, Engineering and R&D, a key responsibility will involve reviewing and guiding supply chain decisions for new product introductions, engineering samples, prototypes, and scaling to mass production manufacturing, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with operational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management within deep technology or advanced manufacturing industries and a passion for driving efficiency, scalability, and resilience in supply chain processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive supply chain management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing or technology-focused organization.

  • Demonstrated success and expertise in supplier negotiations, business acumen and cost management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions in complex environments.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management systems (e.g., ERP, MRP) and advanced analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive change and foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

Why Join Redlen?

  • Contribute to cutting-edge technology that impacts global health and safety.
  • Be part of a collaborative, innovative team that values curiosity and excellence.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions make a difference.
