If you want to tackle complex problems and redefine markets, you’ve come to the right place. Director, Support Consulting, CSO, Supply Chain Solutions positions offered by Manhattan Associates, Inc. (Atlanta, Georgia). Manage client relationships at senior-most level and manage multiple teams (manager, principals, analysts, and consultants) in connection with multiple application suites. Manage budgets, timelines and processes for substantial company resources. Oversee development and implementation of strategies to handle changing business needs, such as support of new product and clients with multiple product lines. Monitor and make changes to processes based upon key case metrics (i.e. survey data). Oversee revenue targets and exercise responsibility for collections for billable services and identification of new revenue opportunities. Minimum Requirements: • Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering or related technical field • 10 years of experience developing, supporting or implementing application software • 7 years of experience managing projects and leading teams • 3 years of experience implementing and supporting supply chain software • Must be willing to travel domestically 25% • Position reports to Atlanta, GA office.
