Requirements • Current Montana RN license or eligibility REQUIRED • Bachelor of Science in Nursing REQUIRED • Minimum 5 years Surgical Services RN experience REQUIRED • Minimum 5 years leadership experience at Manager or Director level REQUIRED • BLS required upon hire • PALS required within 6 months of hire • ACLS required within 6 months of hire • Strong operational, financial, staffing, and performance management experience REQUIRED • MSN, MBA, or Healthcare Administration degree strongly preferred Not ready to formally apply?
