Strategic Advisor: Collaborate with senior leaders, HRBPs, and the executive team to build workforce planning, succession strategies, and transformation initiatives that align with organizational objectives. Global Process Leadership: Ensure consistency and compliance across regions by harmonizing onboarding workflows and dual-language requirements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Legal, Compensation, and Finance to build coordinated talent strategies that support business priorities. A university degree or equivalent experience within business-related fields. Experience in the Gaming and Toys Industry preferred. Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent across creative, technical, and commercial functions. Proven success building global talent strategies for iconic brands. Experienced in scaling recruitment operations to support game development and toy innovation. Partners with cross-functional teams to drive inclusive hiring practices suited to the fast-paced, imaginative industry. At least 10 years of TA/HR experience with people management experience in building high-performing teams in a global organization. Proficient in TA tools and processes. Strategic Leadership: Operates confidently in dynamic environments, making clear decisions amid ambiguity and shifting priorities. Executive Influence: Develops positive relationships with senior leaders and HR teams to align on workforce strategies and talent priorities. Results Orientation: Sets ambitious goals and drives measurable outcomes through strategic focus, accountability, and consistent execution.
