We’re looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition Operations to help us scale, streamline and sharpen how we hire. In this role, you’ll lead the team responsible for the systems, tools and processes that power our recruiting engine – from data and reporting to vendor partnerships and hiring manager training. You’ll work closely with recruiters and leaders across the business to improve how we work, drive adoption of new technology, and ensure we’re delivering a fast, effective and positive hiring experience.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

  • Experience leading a TA Operations team with a specialized focus on process improvement, systems, tools, and project management
  • Demonstrated success as a people leader with a strong focus on providing clarity, leading with empathy and coaching for growth
  • Passion for data and metrics, with an ability to interpret data in support of Talent Acquisition initiatives and strategic decision-making
  • Proven experience working with and implementing tools and technology to improve and optimize Talent Acquisition ways of working and processes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and workstreams at once
  • Experience partnering collaboratively with peers, colleagues and business leaders in a global setting
  • Experience in building comprehensive project plans, forming project-based teams, and driving projects to completion while developing and reporting on key milestones
  • Experience with program and vendor management and contract negotiation
  • Experience taking end-to-end ownership of projects and programs while driving results with a strong sense of efficiency, accuracy and confidentiality
  • Strong track record of leading end-to-end projects independently – including: planning, kick off, work coordination, proposal, implementation and handover
