Overview Position Title: Director, Talent Acquisition Job Summary: The Director of Talent Acquisition serves as the single point of contact and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all recruiting functions across global BPO operations. This role involves direct and indirect management of recruiting teams, creation of company-wide recruiting guidelines and SOPs, auditing compliance, leading training efforts, managing vendor relationships, and recruiting for leadership and specialized roles. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Act as the overall recruiting SME supporting field and corporate hiring Develop and maintain talent acquisition processes and best practices library Implement site scorecards and report outcomes Guide software development and project teams on Talent Acquisition System (TAS) Review and approve site recruiting budgets with operations leadership Track and analyze recruiting spend by site and region Deliver functional TAS training to recruiting staff Train staff on legal and regulatory guidelines in partnership with HR and Legal Identify and manage vendor partnerships Negotiate cost-effective solutions for sourcing and advertising Recruit for specialized and leadership roles Maintain recruiting and company websites Build and manage an active candidate pool Align job descriptions and interview processes to hire top talent Ensure compliance with recruiting SOPs Serve as the social media expert for recruitment marketing Collaborate with site leaders to maintain recruiting department staffing levels Ensure effective candidate feedback processes Support high-volume recruiting efforts Partner with site directors to ensure recruiting efficiency and target achievement Maximize use of social media for recruitment Lead social media marketing efforts to attract top talent Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Deep understanding of federal, state, and local hiring regulations Expertise in social media recruiting strategies Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with TAS systems (e.g., Taleo, SuccessFactors, iCIMS, ADP) Strong training delivery skills (remote and in-person) Budgeting and financial analysis capabilities Familiarity with learning management systems Coaching and employee development skills Vendor relationship management and negotiation skills Knowledge of sourcing and data mining techniques Ability to manage full cycle recruiting and onboarding Experience working in matrix organizations Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business management, Information Systems, Administration, or equivalent experience 6+ years in full-cycle recruiting (corporate or agency) 4+ years working with TAS systems 2+ years working with external vendors (Indeed, Glassdoor, CareerBuilder, etc.) 3–5 years of high-volume recruiting experience
