The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading a team to deliver high-quality hires through innovative strategies, processes, and tools. This role involves strategic leadership, operational excellence, and stakeholder management to support the company’s growth and talent needs.

REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of leadership experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of leading and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of talent markets and recruitment technologies enabling market insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years leading leaders is preferred
• Experience working in a Product Operating Model environment.

The applicable salary or hourly wage range for this full-time role is $158,271.00 - $214,132.00 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will be determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant experience, skills, and knowledge, business needs, market demand, and other factors Thrivent deems important.
