Responsibilities Your Impact As Director of Talent & Performance, you’ll design and deliver programs that shape the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding to leadership development. You’ll lead a talented team and partner with senior leaders to foster trust, engagement, and performance across the organization. What You’ll Do Set Employee Relations Strategy & Governance: Establish enterprise-wide standards, frameworks, and guidance while advising HR and business leaders on complex employee relations and performance matters. Shape Talent & Performance Philosophy: Define and influence performance management, calibration, and talent assessment practices to drive consistency, accountability, and organizational effectiveness. Guide Learning & Leadership Strategy: Architect the enterprise learning and development approach, enabling scalable programs that support leadership readiness, succession, and internal mobility. Drive Operational Excellence Through Influence: Set direction for onboarding, offboarding, and policy practices, leveraging data and insights to inform decisions and elevate execution across the network. Enable High-Performing HR Teams: Lead through influence to build capability across HR functions, fostering alignment, collaboration, and adoption of best practices enterprise-wide. Qualifications What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). Experience: 10+ years in HR, including 5+ years in a leadership role. Certifications: SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred. Skills: Strategic thinker, excellent communicator, data-driven decision maker.
