Role Overview: The Director of Talent Services for the ProBridge (India) organization leads a high-performing team of business and technology professionals including analysts, engineers, developers and testers while overseeing client engagement, workforce strategy, and delivery excellence for all clients (credit unions and others). This role blends analytical and technical expertise with strategic leadership, delivery execution and operational management, and client relationship ownership to ensure exceptional service delivery and measurable business value. The role serves as the primary point of escalation for offshore (India) client engagements and plays a key role in scaling the ProBridge business. While this role holds full ownership for resource strategy, utilization, and workforce optimization for ProBridge India, it must operate in close collaboration with ProBridge management to drive cohesive and aligned outcomes.  Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership: * Develop and execute ProBridge’s strategic direction aligned with organizational goals and client needs. * Identify opportunities to expand, optimize, and meet the talent needs of credit union and other clients through innovative cost-effective services. * Shape delivery methodologies, workforce models, and operational processes to support the growth of ProBridge in India. * Establish measurable performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate meeting clients’ needs and requirements, employee performance and learning, and productivity gains. * Champion initiatives that improve operations efficiency, reduce costs, and accelerate innovation to grow and expand ProBridge business. 2. Client Engagement: * Establish and maintain a regular cadence with key client stakeholders (e.g., monthly/quarterly business reviews) to assess delivery performance, team effectiveness, and evolving client needs. * Translate client feedback into actionable improvements, working cross‑functionally with internal teams to address issues, optimize workflows, and strengthen service delivery. * Drive strategic conversations with clients around roadmap planning, talent needs, and workforce optimization to position the team as a trusted advisor. * Act as an escalation point for client concerns related to performance, communication, or delivery expectations.  3. Team Development and Managerial Responsibilities: * Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of business and technology professionals fostering a collaborative culture that encourages sharing of knowledge and continuous learning and development. * Provide coaching and feedback to enhance team members' technical skills, analytical capabilities, and business acumen. * Build a customer-centric work culture across the ProBridge organization. * Performance management of team members includes assignment of goals for the year, continuous monitoring, timely feedback and year end evaluation. * Strong conflict resolution skills are essential for this role, including the ability to effectively manage and resolve conflicts that may arise within the team or with internal/external stakeholders. * Identify opportunities for process automation and standardization to optimize resource utilization, improve productivity and deployment of repeatable solutions. * Oversee bench management including forecasting, assignment planning, and proactive deployment to maximize utilization.  * Partner with HR to create career development pathways to attract and retain top talent. * Ensure the right talent mix across experience levels, competencies, and geographies to support delivery quality, scalability, and cost efficiency. * Establish and continuously improve resource management processes, tools, and governance cadence  4. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: * Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and workforce innovations relevant to credit unions and financial services. * Champion the adoption of new tools, methodologies, and delivery models to enhance performance and scale. * Lead initiatives to help ProBridge support clients’ needs in an ever-changing technical, regulatory and business landscape. 5. Executive Partnership and Stakeholder Management * Partner with executives to align resource optimization and productivity improvement initiatives with business strategies * Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior leadership on regular basis.Provide leadership with regular insights on resource effectiveness, including utilization trends, capacity risks, hiring needs, and productivity improvement opportunities. Qualifications: * Minimum Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or related field; advanced degree such as MS/MBA and/or professional certifications highly desirable. * Proven experience with minimum 15 years in leading teams and organizations in technology, analytics, and/or consulting services firms, preferably within the banking and financial services and/or Fintech industry sectors.  * Direct experience and expertise in cloud technologies, machine learning and AI. * Experience working with US clients and teams. * Strong background in analytics (statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques) with proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools (such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI) desirable. * Management experience in leading large system/application development for international clients across financial, health or insurance industries preferred. * Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to distill complex concepts and present findings to diverse audiences. * Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams and driving organizational change initiatives. * Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making approach. * Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, changing environments. * Demonstrated experience in talent management and employee engagement programs. * Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to business challenges. * Knowledge of the US credit union industry and regulatory environment is a plus. * Experience in leadership roles within technology consulting or global software development companies with strong knowledge of best practices in offshore operations is preferred. * Familiarity with HR policies and compliance requirements relevant to operations in India is preferred.
