The director, talent - workforce solutions is a strategic leader within the Human Resources function, responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-wide talent strategies that drive organizational capability, leadership development, and workforce readiness to position the company for long-term success. This role leads a team focused on the development and delivery of integrated solutions across learning & development, talent management, and organizational effectiveness to ensure a strong pipeline of future-ready talent to deliver on our business priorities. The role also plays a critical part in shaping organizational effectiveness and fostering a culture of inclusion, belonging, and high performance. As a director talent - workforce solutions, you will Lead a team of senior professionals: driving high engagement and growth, fostering a high-performing culture built on inclusion and belonging, creating meaningful moments of connection to our culture and heritage, and developing a pipeline of exceptional talent. Work with senior leaders to identify, assess, and prioritize key organizational needs. Foster cross-functional collaboration to co-create solutions that address complex organizational challenges. Design and implement enterprise-wide organizational effectiveness solutions that build or enhance critical capabilities across the organization in alignment with long-term business goals. Ensure alignment of enterprise-wide learning initiatives with business transformation efforts and future-of-work imperatives. Ensure effective change plans are in place for execution and long-term adoption and sustainability. Measure the business impact of talent and organizational effectiveness solutions against clear metrics. Monitor and report on org and talent metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and creating feedback loops to enhance the effectiveness of programs, policies, and practices. We'd love to hear from people with: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of progressive experience, with expertise in a combination of: strategy, operations, talent management, learning & development, org effectiveness. Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide initiatives and influence senior stakeholders. Strong strategic, analytical, facilitation, and communication skills. Team leadership across multiple levels and functions. Strategic thinker and problem-solver with a bias for action and results who thrives in ambiguity. Collaborative leader with a proven track record of delivering within in a matrixed environment. Passion for developing people and building inclusive, high-performing teams.
