JOB SUMMARY

The Director, Technical Asset Management is responsible for overseeing the Technical Asset Management function within ACG. This position plays a critical role in how data is collected, entered and maintained in ACG’s Asset Management system. It requires experience and leadership to align with others to strategically utilize data.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field required
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in asset management or related technical role
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Expertise in LeasePoint with an emphasis in Asset Management and claim management
  • Proficiency in technical systems and tools, such SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Office-based, with possible occasional travel to support technical operations or stakeholder engagements
  • Ability to use computer & software programs on a daily basis
