POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Technical Integration to lead end-to-end technical program planning across our Payments, Transaction Banking, and Ledger domains. This role is accountable for bringing together complex, interdependent initiatives into a cohesive technical roadmap that ensures seamless integration across platforms and functions. While this leader need not be a hands-on technologist, they must have a strong understanding of technology and proven experience in technical project/program management. The Director will partner with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams to deliver highly integrated solutions that are aligned, scalable, and resilient.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 10+ years in technical program/project management with demonstrated success in large-scale technology integration initiatives.
  • Domain Knowledge: Exposure to or experience in Payments, Transaction Banking, or Ledger systems preferred.
  • Technical Understanding: Strong grasp of technology concepts (infrastructure, APIs, data flows, system integration) with ability to engage with architects and engineers.
  • Integration Expertise: Proven ability to manage cross-platform dependencies, technical interfaces, and integration risks.
  • Program Management Skills: Expertise in building and managing roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and governance structures.
  • Leadership: Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills with ability to operate across both technical and business functions.
  • Certifications: PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar program/project management credentials are desirable.
