DIRECTOR TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER – DATACENTER ENABLEMENT & OEM ECOSYSTEM

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive customer success in deploying d-Matrix platforms into hyperscaler and enterprise data centers. You will also lead engagement with server OEM ecosystem partners to ensure seamless integration, validation, and scale-up/scale-out of our platforms. This role bridges engineering execution with customer enablement, demanding both technical depth and program leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of technical program management experience, ideally in data center hardware and system-level integration.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience managing customer-facing deployments in cloud/data center environments.
  • Experience with OEM hardware partners (e.g., Dell, HPE, Supermicro, etc.) and their integration processes.
  • Solid understanding of server platform architecture (CPU, memory, I/O, networking), BMC, BIOS/UEFI, and system validation practices.
  • Knowledge of PCIe, NVLink, or other interconnect scale-up/scale-out technologies.
  • Proven track record of managing complex programs across engineering and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end technical program lifecycle for customer data center deployments of d-Matrix hardware and software platforms.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for hyperscaler customers during pre- and post-sales deployment phases.
  • Drive joint development and integration efforts with leading server OEMs, including system validation, BIOS/firmware alignment, and platform qualification.
  • Coordinate internally across silicon, hardware, firmware, and software teams to align deliverables and execution with customer timelines.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and dashboards for key deployments.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication between d-Matrix engineering teams, customer stakeholders, and OEM partners.
  • Identify and resolve program blockers, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely execution.
  • Track industry trends and requirements related to server ecosystems and data center infrastructure to inform platform evolution.
