Cordance is seeking Director of Engineering to lead the Campus Kaizen engineering team and drive the next phase of innovation for its SaaS platform serving Higher Education and K-12 institutions. Reporting directly to the President, you will own the engineering vision, execution, and security posture, ensuring products are built with scalability, reliability, and speed. This is a high-impact leadership role offering the opportunity to align technical delivery with business objectives, manage a globally distributed offshore team, and modernize infrastructure while fostering operational excellence. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, lead agile transformation, and play a critical role in helping the business meet its technical and commercial milestones.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Collaborate with the President on product roadmaps, evaluate technical feasibility, and improve SDLC metrics such as deployment frequency, test coverage, and release success rates.
What You Bring:
8+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in technical leadership roles.
Experience with MySQL and MongoDB databases.
What Will Help You Stand Out:
Experience working in EdTech or with government-facing SaaS platforms.
