This role is based at our Phoenix Home Office, with an expectation of working a minimum of four days in the office each week. In a standard work week, associates may work up to one remote “flex day” (with leader approval). About the Job The Director, Technology Delivery & Quality Assurance provides enterprise-level technology leadership and strategic accountability for Product Management, Program Delivery, and Quality Assurance across Store and Services platforms. Owns the multi-year product and delivery portfolio, including governance, financial stewardship, operating model design, and enterprise quality strategy. Partners with executive leadership to prioritize technology investments, mitigate risk, and ensure scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that enable business growth and operational excellence across the retail footprint. Major Responsiblities: Enterprise Product Portfolio Management: Owns the Stores & Services technology portfolio, including product vision, multi-year roadmap development, investment prioritization, total cost of ownership optimization, and value realization. Accountable for enterprise architecture alignment, cybersecurity compliance, and measurable ROI. Program & Transformation Governance: Leads enterprise-wide, cross-functional transformation programs impacting store and services operations. Establishes delivery governance, capital and operating forecasts, risk mitigation frameworks, and executive steering committees. Accountable for portfolio performance across scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality. Quality Assurance: Defines and governs enterprise quality engineering standards and QA operating model. Leads automation strategy, risk-based testing frameworks, release governance, and regulatory compliance oversight. Accountable for production stability, defect reduction, and enterprise quality KPIs. Financial & Resource Stewardship: Develops and manages capital and operating budgets aligned to long-range planning. Oversees vendor strategy, contract governance, and resource capacity planning. Optimizes investment allocation to balance innovation, stability, scalability, and cost efficiency. Executive Partnership & Strategic Advisory: Serves as a strategic advisor to senior business and technology leaders. Evaluates modernization strategy, platform rationalization, digital enablement initiatives, operational resiliency, and enterprise risk posture. Influences executive decision-making and technology investment trade-offs. Organizational Leadership: Leads and develops a multi-disciplinary organization of managers and senior professionals. Defines organizational design, workforce strategy, succession planning, and capability maturity roadmap. Drives performance culture aligned to enterprise technology objectives and long-range planning. Required Experinece: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline required.
