SUMMARY
The IT Director – Technology Solution Enablement & Service Operations is responsible for assisting the Sr Director of SC & Analytics to research, identify, and qualify technology investments that are best aligned to support the business growth strategy while augmenting the internal operations efficacy.
The given position is expected to engage heavily in the design-build segments of technology solution delivery and ongoing management works playing a combinations of business relationship manager (internally) and product owner role (externally) – depending on the profile or maturity of given technology asset.
Lastly, the incumbent facilitates the company’s information technology functions, including network infrastructure, software systems, and data security working in collaboration with the DSV GIT. The incumbent safeguards the efficient and effective operations of IT processes and services.

For this position, the expected base pay is: $166,000 - $249,500 / Annual. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
