You will use a strategic approach to align relationships with platform strategy, while coordinating efforts across numerous internal and external stakeholders.

  • Drive projects that include product development and project management on a 3rd Party Asset Manager Platform
  • Develop and implement a strategic approach to third-party asset managers, based on a shared commitment to mutual goals and alignment with broader team strategy
  • Leverage data and information resources to develop management reporting, narratives, diagnose issues, and drive conversations
  • Identify opportunities to engage asset managers on a strategic level to support our firm objectives and engage colleagues from across the organization as needed
  • Identify key partners to engage in value-add meetings, set the agenda, prepare presentation materials, and follow up on implementation in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues and asset managers to manage executive exposure, while ensuring executives are effectively prepared for all interactions with the asset management firms
  • Assist in development of processes that support the mandate of the team, including documentation of interactions in Salesforce, robust communication protocols among internal stakeholders and senior leadership, adherence to company policies and procedures, and overall risk mitigation.
