WORK EXPERIENCE
- 10 plus years of experience in Licensing industry with background in Toys preferred.
EDUCATION, PROFESSIONAL TRAINING, TECHNICAL TRAINING OR CERTIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Drives changes in business practices to future proof partner engagement and revenue potential.
- Measures performance against set of KPIs.
- Actively contributes to long-range planning both internally and with business partners.
- Provides input and challenge to proposals.
- Displays excellent understanding of business frameworks and process dependencies, makes decisions, and takes actions considering mid-long-term impact on WBDCP.
- Encourages and demonstrates entrepreneurial behaviour and calculated risk taking.

- Is a brand and talent ambassador for WBDCP internally.
