YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
Education/Certification/Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Trade Relations, Trade Operations, Sales or other relevant experience in finance, supply chain management, commercial operations, national account management, procurement or contract management
- Preferred experience of working/supporting brand teams
- Preferred Wholesaler, Retail and Specialty Pharmacy experience
- Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities:
- Provide decision support to U.S. Brand leaders through data driven analysis and recommendations intended to guide understanding of return on expense, impact on net sales and product sales performance activities in each channel and with unique Trade Partners in each channel. These activities will be closely coordinated with Finance, Market Access, Contracting & Customer Ops, Customer Service and Commercial Operations teams.
- Negotiate and monitor customer contract performance (DSA, Enhanced Services, rebate agreement, etc.) with each assigned account.
- Ensure compliance to Service Levels and Days on Hand by reviewing metric performance, identifying areas of concern and developing solutions to achieve desired performance outcomes.
- Responsible for all account proposals and follow up to ensure products are loaded properly and communications sent to all necessary internal and external parties.
- Direct and lead business relationships with assigned accounts. Developing and maintaining relationships with multiple levels, including executive level management at key accounts.
- Achieve Teva sales objectives through proper planning and product access from launch through the entire product life cycle.
- Trouble shoot and respond to communication from field sales management regarding product access situations and other complaints.
- Coordinate remediation activities with Product Management and/or Customer Operations management to best solve problems and limit supply channel interruptions.
- Obtain and report market intelligence of competitor product pricing and marketing strategy.
- Ensure internal stakeholders are aware of supply channel trends for the industry.
- Work with appropriate Teva Innovative Medicines and Biosimilar business units to support product life cycle initiatives (launch, line extension, generic introduction, etc.).
- Appropriately manage channel inventory to achieve Teva’s business and financial objectives.
- Responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and advancing business objectives.
- Act as key supply channel advisor and negotiator for all assigned trade accounts.
