Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver strategic documentation, including project plans, executive briefings, and Board-level reports, tailored to diverse audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge. Strong prioritization and execution skills, with the capacity to manage multiple, high-pressure initiatives simultaneously, exercising sound judgment and decision-making under tight timelines. Leadership in the execution of strategic plans and enterprise-wide transformation agendas, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and delivering measurable outcomes through a structured, results-oriented approach. Expertise in designing, operationalizing, and integrating large-scale transformation initiatives, guiding them from initial concept through implementation and performance tracking, while ensuring long-term sustainability. Ability to mobilize and influence cross-functional teams and external partners to co-develop initiatives, manage transitions to operational teams, and maintain accountability for strategic alignment and outcomes. Contributes to long-term strategic direction, using system-level insights, environmental scanning, and forward-looking planning to ensure organizational responsiveness to emerging trends and challenges. Adept at analyzing complex, high-risk organizational issues, translating ambiguity into clear, actionable recommendations, and building consensus among diverse stakeholders.
