The Stitch Fix Strategy team works directly with the C-Level and VP leadership team to shape and drive against our company vision and strategic growth plan. The Transformation Director will lead the company through our critical transformation capabilities, set processes and initiatives tied to business transformation to position us for sustainable profitable growth. This role has a front seat in driving the near and long term future of Stitch Fix, from transformation office operations and resource planning, to redefining ways of working.
