Deep process expertise in one or more: L2O, O2C, P2P Proven track record in value mapping, future-state process & architecture design, and business strategy with measurable outcomes. Executive presence with excellent facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder management. Process leadership: Be the process expert in at least one of functional process of L2O, O2C, or P2P; map current to future state, define controls/KPIs. Process & experience design: Apply Design Thinking, and service blueprints to orchestrate process design workshops.
