Description
Responsible and accountable as a member of the senior leadership team of Transplant Services to assure achievement of organizational goals related to departmental operations and key functions of customer service and patient care support. Provide direct oversight and strategic direction for the interdepartmental collaboration of staff and services that serve within and in support of transplant departments. Works collaboratively with Transplant leadership to align departmental goals and priorities to achieve high levels of patient, physician, and staff satisfaction. Responsible for the efficient and cost-effective delivery of service to the Transplant program. This position is responsible for providing oversight, expertise, and direction to a broad variety of services and stakeholders. Oversees regulatory compliance in partnership with Clinical Directors, physician leaders, and quality team, while actively supporting Transplant operations at TUH. Education Associate's Degree Required Master's Degree Preferred Experience 3 years experience in supervising or managing staff Required 5 years experience in relevant procedural services or other hospital operations Preferred Licenses
