SUMMARY Lead the creation and scaling of a centralized Deal Desk and Promotions capability for the U.S. Companion Animal business. Oversee disciplined, data-informed deal structuring and approvals governance, and guide promotional strategy, measurement, and optimization to improve price realization, margin, and compliance. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Build and lead the Deal Desk and Promotions functions; recruit, coach, and develop talent; define multi-year roadmaps. Oversee non-standard deal strategy and structuring; ensure alignment with pricing guardrails, value narrative, and regulatory requirements. Establish and maintain governance, guardrails, approval thresholds, and delegation of authority, chair approval forums. Guide promotions strategy and analytics; align activities with GTN economics; ensure robust measurement and continuous improvement. Manage vendor relationships supporting CLM and promotional capabilities; drive operational excellence and adoption. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Legal, and Operations to resolve trade-offs and accelerate decisions. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS Reports to: Head of U.S. Pricing, Contracting, and Customer Operations. Direct reports: Senior Manager Companion Animal Deal Desk, Senior Manager Pricing & Promotions, CLM Analyst. Partners: Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Operations, External Vendors. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or related; MBA preferred. 8+ years in deal execution, pricing governance, promotions analytics, or commercial operations with proven leadership; regulated industry experience preferred. TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS Expertise in deal governance, approval frameworks, and promotional analytics. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and compliance mindset. PHYSICAL SKILLS REQURIEMENTS Office based position Parsippany preferred Hybrid role The US base salary range for this full-time position is $181,000 - $260,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
