Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

10+ years of experience in user experience design, with at least six years of leadership experience.
Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing UX teams focused on AI/Platform Services in B2B and B2C products.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organization.
Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
