The Role Stayntouch is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director / VP of Marketing to lead and scale our global marketing function. This is a high-impact leadership role for a builder who can set the vision, drive strategy, and personally execute across the full marketing lifecycle, from brand positioning and demand generation to events, partnerships, customer engagement, and marketing operations. This role requires a modern marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, resourceful environment and can balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution. You’ll own the marketing engine, strengthen Stayntouch’s market position, accelerate pipeline growth, and help hoteliers understand and adopt our solutions. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals Own brand awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, and pipeline acceleration Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team while managing external agencies, freelancers, and vendors Partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and executive leadership to align marketing with revenue and retention goals Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, performance metrics, and ROI optimization Demand Generation & Growth Build and scale a multi-channel demand generation engine across digital, email, paid/organic, ABM, content, partner, and field channels Own pipeline creation, lead generation, conversion metrics, and marketing-sourced revenue contribution Build and manage a revised MQL to SQL strategy and process Optimize website growth strategy, SEO, conversion paths, and digital presence Oversee marketing automation and campaign execution through HubSpot, Salesforce, and AI-powered tools Events, Field Marketing & Partnerships Lead strategy and execution for trade shows, conferences, customer events, sponsorships, hosted experiences, podcasts, and partner campaigns Manage all operational logistics including vendors, timelines, budgets, swag, booth planning, and ROI analysis Leverage events and partnerships as core drivers of pipeline growth, customer engagement, and market expansion Brand, Content & Communications Shape and strengthen Stayntouch’s brand positioning, messaging, and market presence Lead content strategy across website, PR, social media, sales enablement, customer stories, and thought leadership Manage PR agency relationships and corporate communications initiatives Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints Marketing Technology & Operations Build and optimize a modern marketing technology stack including CRM, automation, analytics, and reporting systems Partner with RevOps to ensure strong system alignment, scalability, and data integrity Use data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency AI & Innovation Leverage AI platforms to improve content creation, campaign performance, personalization, and operational workflows Continuously evaluate and implement emerging technologies to keep Stayntouch at the forefront of marketing innovation Qualifications 8–10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including senior leadership roles Proven success building and scaling marketing strategy and hands-on execution in SaaS, hospitality technology, or high-growth technology environments Strong experience marketing to hoteliers, hotel operators, ownership groups, or hospitality organizations Demonstrated track record of driving measurable pipeline growth and revenue acceleration Expertise in: HubSpot Salesforce Marketing automation platforms AI marketing tools SEO and website growth ABM and lead generation Event management and logistics PR and communications Brand strategy Strong budgeting, KPI development, analytics, and ROI management experience Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable operating strategically and tactically in a lean, fast-moving environment What Success Looks Like Increased marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue Stronger brand awareness and positioning in the hospitality technology market Efficient, measurable campaign and channel performance Best-in-class event execution with clear ROI Scalable systems, processes, and team performance Marketing that actively helps drive company growth Why Join Stayntouch?
