Description

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred. Minimum 12 + years of hands-on experience architecting and implementing Wealth Management platforms, with deep domain expertise in Investments and Trading. Demonstrated proficiency in modern technology stacks, including Java, Spring, Kafka, Hazelcast, Mongo DB, Python, SQL, NodeJS, Angular, JavaScript, and containerization frameworks. Extensive experience in microservices architecture, event-driven messaging (Kafka or similar), and high-throughput backend service development. Proven track record in leveraging AI for software engineering tasks, including code generation, automated testing, and documentation. Strong background in automation testing methodologies and hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and optimization. History of leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performing engineering teams both onshore and offshore, with a focus on delivery excellence. Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to unify teams and influence enterprise-wide initiatives. Enthusiastic: Exhibits genuine passion for engineering and technology innovation. Adaptable: Thrives in dynamic environments, readily embraces change and new technologies.
