You will make an impact by: Providing enterprise-level leadership, governance, and technical oversight for all institutional web properties during a period of modernization and transition. Stabilizing website operations, eliminating single-point-of-failure risk, enforcing governance standards, and partnering with external agencies on the design and delivery of a next-generation CMS platform Ensuring that web platforms are secure, compliant, scalable, and aligned with enrollment, brand, and student experience objectives Your experience includes: 8–12+ years leading enterprise websites or digital platforms Prior experience in Director or Head-of-Web roles Strong CMS experience (Drupal preferred) Proven success transitioning organizations off legacy or custom CMS platforms Deep understanding of: Website-to-CRM integrations Analytics and CRO frameworks Security, privacy, and compliance standards Demonstrated ability to document systems and operationalize governance Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in higher education or regulated environments strongly preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Development, Business, or related field required. CA Salary Range USD $123,478.46 - USD $179,098.46 /Yr.
