Compensation: $145,000 - $181,500
(The above is a combination of base plus up to 10% bonus potential.)

As the Director, Website Production and Operations, you will be at the epicenter of our company’s growth, leading the charge to build a seamless, scalable, and customer-centric digital content operation machine. YOUR SKILLSET:

  • Deep familiarity with end-to-end digital delivery operations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and process improvements.
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology platforms and automation tools to optimize workflows.
  • Clear and proactive communicator across technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a fully remote, distributed environment.
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities and driving projects to successful, on-time completion.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in operations, digital content & delivery, or related operations roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of scaling digital operations in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional partners, such as product, engineering, customer support, and finance.
  • Background in implementing process improvements, technology solutions, and performance metrics to drive operational efficiency.

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed team of onshore and offshore professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and high performance.
  • Implement and continuously improve technology solutions and automation tools to streamline digital content operations.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track delivery effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and report on progress to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between product, engineering, and customer support on website delivery-related initiatives.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities within the digital delivery lifecycle, driving solutions that enhance resilience, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
