Conduct competitor analysis, monitor industry trends, understand consumer preferences and behaviors and leverage insights for current and future business planning.
Ensure the team meets or exceeds performance standards including prospecting calls, presentations, negotiations, and order book management.
Lead, mentor and develop a strong, high performing, and engaged team. Acquire and retain top talent.
Monitor, measure, and report on all business KPIs.
Establish and develop key relationships internally and externally to influence and execute strategic direction.
Optimally work with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, Customer Service and Human resources to evaluate and monitor the commercials. results for the channel, assessing risks and issues, addressing mitigation actions and reviewing contingency plans and solutions as needed.
