The Role   Willis Towers Watson is a global leader in reward consulting, advising organisations on how to attract, retain and motivate their workforce through effective reward strategies. The Work & Rewards practice helps clients align their people strategy with business objectives through insights, data and advisory services. We are organised as a Multinational cluster, working across the Benelux, Nordics and Switzerland. Our  clients operate across multiple countries and require consistent global frameworks combined with local flexibility to navigate different markets, regulations and workforce expectations. As part of this team, you will collaborate with colleagues across Europe and globally to deliver integrated and client-centric solutions.  As a Director in the Work & Rewards Multinational Cluster team, you will be responsible for delivering a broad range of reward consulting projects across multiple geographies. You will take a leading role in designing and implementing solutions in areas such as job architecture, pay structures, incentive design and reward benchmarking.  You will manage project workstreams and lead small teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and a strong client experience. You will work directly with HR and reward leaders of large multinational organisations to understand their challenges and translate them into practical, data-driven solutions.  In addition, you will act as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients, supporting the development of long-term relationships and contributing to the growth of key accounts. You will work closely with senior colleagues across the business and collaborate with experts in different areas to bring the full breadth of WTW capabilities to clients.
