Responsibilities
  • Work with local partners to develop and implement country and region-specific labor strategies in support of our desired workplace culture and in compliance with local laws.
  • Continuously assess the external employment and labor landscape across the region and identify potential impact to EA’s business and talent strategies.
  • Work across various levels of the organization to influence programs, practices, and organizational adjustments that preserve and enhance positive workforce relations.
  • Partner with senior leaders and internal/external counsel to represent EA’s interests in labor contract negotiations as needed.
  • Advise senior leadership regarding sensitive workforce matters
  • Identify and implement solutions to mitigate risks to positive workforce engagement.
  • Support multi-level training programs designed to ensure positive workforce engagement and ongoing compliance to local labor laws and best practices.
  • Implement processes to respond to time-sensitive workforce engagement matters.
  • Monitor applicable CBAs (Collective Bargaining Agreements) to ensure ongoing compliance with terms and remediation of any identified risks.
