We are seeking an experienced Director to lead and grow our Workforce Planning and Organisational Design offering. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering workforce transformation, organisational design, and strategic workforce planning initiatives across complex environments. The Director will work in close partnership with the Director of Change & Culture and report to the Partner leading the segment, operating in a collaborative matrix model. In this role you’ll be responsible for: Leading workforce planning and organisational design engagements from strategy through implementation Advising senior executives on workforce strategy, structural design, capability planning, and operating model development Supporting clients navigating APS governance processes, including DECA-aligned change proposals Integrating workforce planning with broader change and culture transformation programs Building and leverage strong client networks, particularly within Defence and maritime environments Contributing to the growth and strategic positioning of the Organisational Effectiveness offerings Our Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a confident, Director‑level presence who will thrive in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
