* Leading delivery of workplace services, systems and workplace facilities management across multiple NSW sites * Expressions of Interest – Temporary Opportunity until September 2026 * Parramatta office location * Executive TRP relative to experience, and ranges from $239,251 to $264,197   About the Role As Director, Workplace Services, you will lead the delivery of contemporary, customer‑focused workplace services across the Department’s centrally and fully managed sites in metropolitan Sydney and regional NSW. The role is responsible for optimising the use of the NSW Government’s accommodation portfolio, driving efficiency, service quality and sustainability outcomes while supporting evolving ways of working through effective use of data, systems and workplace technology. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will provide strategic leadership across facilities management, workplace systems, procurement and service partnerships, while influencing senior stakeholders to deliver whole‑of‑government and departmental property outcomes. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, foster innovation and continuous improvement, and ensure services are delivered in line with legislative requirements, government policy and customer expectations in a complex and changing operating environment.   About You  You are a senior leader with demonstrated expertise in workplace services, property or facilities management within large, complex organisations, ideally in a government or regulated environment. You bring strong strategic judgement and commercial acumen, with the ability to use data, technology and evidence‑based insights to improve service delivery, optimise assets and balance customer experience with fiscal and operational constraints. You are recognised for your ability to lead high‑performing teams, build trust and influence at executive level, and navigate complex stakeholder and vendor relationships. Operating with integrity and resilience, you provide clear, credible advice, champion customer‑centric outcomes and drive reform and change. You will hold relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent senior‑level professional experience and demonstrate a commitment to public sector values and delivering public value for NSW.
