As the PA to our Executive leadership Team (ELT) you will be at the centre of a growing international business, you will be a trusted partner who keeps things moving, from supporting key business priorities and planning company events, to ensuring the smooth running of day to day tasks like proactive diary and inbox management and organising international travel. This role requires someone to thrive on building relationships whilst managing competing priorities as well as supporting the HR team on projects that make an impact across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively monitoring email inboxes and diaries for the CEO and wider ELT.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate meetings, events and team days.
  • Book and manage travel plans, both nationally and internationally.
  • Act as point of contact between the ELT and internal/external stakeholders, including our private equity investors.
  • Ensure the smooth running of board meetings, including the preparation, collating and distributing of board packs, greeting guests and being there to support on the day.
  • Plan events such as the two annual group Town Halls and socials and regular off site workshops for leaders.
  • Own our employee recognition scheme “living the values”.
  • Support with the welcome and onboarding of new colleagues through completing inductions, organising welcome packs and creating induction plans.
  • Complete HR administration such as updating personal files, inputting data into the HRIS, answering general queries in the HR Inbox and working on the HR task list.
  • Support on Wellbeing initiatives for ASK4 such as Pride Month, Mental Health Awareness week or other charity days.
