SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong work ethic with a desire to succeed.
• Valid driver license required. Class A CDL is a plus.
• Relatively clean motor vehicle report. (Applicants w/ a drug or alcohol driving offense in the last five years will not be considered. Other violations will be evaluated using our insurance company standards.)
• Ability to work 40 – 60 hours a week including some Saturdays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

• Ensuring safety in all that we do.
• Report to your foreman.
• Operate mini excavators, skid steers, rollers, D5 dozers, 953 and 963 track loaders, 924k front end loaders, and any other equipment necessary for successful completion of job.
• Labor on the job site as needed (including but not limited to; pothole utilities, spread rock, install pipe and operate small hand held equipment).
• Be punctual.
• Drive various size trucks to and from the job sites.
• Physical demands include but are not limited to; lifting heavy objects, walking, and standing for extended periods of time and performing physical labor under adverse weather conditions.
