Knowledgeably prioritize calls according to importance and urgency. Monitor field technicians to effectively prioritize their schedules and use of time. Schedule appointments with clients using the right tech/right call guidelines. Data entry into the computer system to track calls and client information, as necessary. What you bring: Previous customer service experience. 1 year dispatching experience preferred. Strong attention to details. Conscientious, team player. Honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude. Clear background check and drug screen. Schedule: Full-time in Office, 9 AM - 6 PM Monday – Friday Pay: $18-$20/hr Posted Min Pay Rate USD $18.00/Hr. Posted Max Pay Rate USD $20.00/Hr.
