Responsibilities may include: * Train and supervise clients who have developmental/ physical disabilities to acquire the skills needed to perform specific job tasks, work routines and personal life habits. * Assist clients in performing their work responsibilities in a way that fosters independence, develop natural supports and helps to ensure retention. * Provide daily job skills training with a focus on community employment and inclusion. * Interact with all individuals in a way that respects the unique needs of all involved and provides meaningful outcomes.
