Job Title: Disability Access Officer
Department: Ticketing
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week (including ability to work flexibly including Men’s and Women’s First Team home and away matchdays)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience
Location: Bodymoor Heath Training Ground / Villa Park

Responsibilities

2. THE ROLE

As the Disability Access Officer, you will take a leading role in ensuring that all aspects of the Club are as accessible as possible to our disabled supporters. You will oversee compliance with relevant disability legislation and best practice and create an inclusive environment both on matchdays and non-matchdays.
Your role will include ensuring the stadium and Club facilities are as accessible as possible, managing ticketing and personal assistant services for disabled supporters, and fostering relationships with external organisations and stakeholders to enhance accessibility across the Club. You will also contribute to strategic projects, advising on the design of accessible spaces and services, both now and in the future.
This role plays a key part in driving the Club’s commitment to ensuring the Club is as supportive, accessible and inclusive as possible for all.
