Light disability services is seeking dedicated Male Support Workers preferably Australian Maori or Islander to join our compassionate team in Campbelltown NSW. As a casual Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and assistance to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and lead fulfilling lives. What you’ll be doing

  • Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
  • Providing companionship and social engagement to promote the wellbeing and independence of our clients
  • Implementing individualised care plans to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client
  • Reporting any changes in client’s condition or needs to the care team
  • Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Collaborating with the wider care team to ensure seamless service delivery
